LATTA'S OCEAN HARBOR HAVEN

The kitchen seems to be the heart of
the home. Family gathers at the table
(which has serviced 6 easily) and
around the island. The "chef" is never
ostracized from the activity.
The living room faces the harbor and
has a working fireplace.  The leather
furnishings include a recliner, couch,
and easy chair.   Also present is a
television with DVD and VCR
connected to Cable.  Both the living
room and adjoining study are excellent
for reading.
The master bedroom suite also faces
the harbor.  The queen bed features a
new pillow type mattress, good reading
lights and Cable television and
adequate dressers and walk-in closet.
Harbor breezes circulate for cool
ventilation.

The adjoining bathroom has both a
stall shower and separate large
sunken bath plus double sinks and
vanities.
This guest bedroom includes a view of
the lighthouse from the window seat.
The double bed is comfortable and is
accompanied by a desk, night stands
and large dresser flanked by 2 closets.


A second guest bedroom has a double
bed, dresser, Cable TV with VCR.
Both bedrooms have a separate
entrance to a shared bathroom.

There is also a half bath on the main
floor.

On the second floor there is office
space with cable internet hook-up for
your lap top.
The formal dining room is bright and
cheerful  Adjacent to the dining room is
the music room with piano, stereo
system and a good collection of classic
jazz CDs.
